Usually implements with 'sides' that far apart are designed for both Cat. 1 & 2 hitches, the pins to face inwards (reducing width by about 6") for Cat. 1 and outwards for Cat. 2. This is common on older North American items or European equipment designed for the 'in between' power category, (30 -60hp.) such as roto-tiller, or grader, or box-blade. Best of luck. ....

The maximum distance between the arms on my TC29 is 25-26 inches. ....
